CHECK-IN is from 10.30am for campsites & 2pm for Chalets.
CHECK-OUT for all guests is strictly 10am.
LATE CHECK-OUT (fees apply): check with office staff at least 24 hours prior to departure
for late check-out (if available).
LATE ARRIVALS: If you will be arriving after 6pm please advise staff at least 24hrs prior to arrival.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $50/Site or $100/Chalet is required to secure each reservation.
Deposits can be paid by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cheque, or Money Order.
Deposits are due within 7 days of making a booking.
Failure to pay by the due date will automatically cancel the booking.
Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.
When your deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed by email or post.
Please check that all details on your Booking Confirmation are correct.
Full payment is required prior to or at Check-In.
BONDS
POWERED/UNPOWERED SITES: a $20 refundable cash bond is required on Check-In.
CHALETS: a $100 refundable cash bond or Credit Card imprint is required on Check-In.
POWERED/UNPOWERED SITES & CHALETS
PRICES are calculated on the number of people booked onto a Site/Chalet.
Please advise at Check-In if you wish to increase that number…
strictly maximum 6 people per Site/Chalet.
RATES are set for 12 months from July to June. Rates may change without notice.
The Park is located in a Nature Reserve. Sorry…NO DOGS or CATS permitted in the Park.
CHALETS
Please bring your own bedding & linen; pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, bathmats & tea towels.
The person named on the Booking Confirmation is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its fittings. In the event that any damage is caused, the customer gives the management of Guilderton Caravan Park authority to reduce the Bond Refund.
All Chalets have a TV, a single heater & a single fan.
SITE ALLOCATION
Guests may request a specific site.
Depending on availability, management will endeavor to hold that site for you.
Management cannot guarantee any site allocation due to circumstances that may arise after
your booking has been confirmed.
CANCELLATIONS
The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited on any cancelled booking.
Deposits can be transferred to other dates, depending on availability.
Bookings can only be transferred within the current Financial Year, ending 30th June.
Failure to arrive or contact us on your reserved date will result in your booking being cancelled & re-sold.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
All parties agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
